The personnel you need to conduct your operations abroad are employed on an Expat Management contract and managed by us.
You receive a Technical Assistance commercial offer for the mission for which we are providing the personnel as Service Provider. You can thus enjoy the flexibility of an employment contract drawn up in Mauritius, particularly suited to the constraints of your project. Expat Management will invoice your company and/or local subsidiary in line with the amount of time spent working on site.
