1. For Basic insurance cover

For an expatriation with the health cover only, Expat Management charges a 1.2 coefficient on the net salary.

NET AMOUNT SETTLED TO THE AGENT x 1.2 = INVOICED AMOUNT TO THE CLIENT

Such invoiced amount includes the net salary + medical cover (health, disability, death and sanitary repatriation insurances) throughout t expatriate mission. Committed amounts are invoiced (exclusive of VAT) to the client on a monthly basis in the currency of his choice. They clearly and strictly illustrate all budgeted sums as agreed upon by both parties when the agreement was signed

2. Full insurance cover for French and Belgian expatriates

For expatriates of French nationality willing to benefit from an Expat Management agreement with full cover, (i.e. equal to covers from which they would benefit should they be bound by a French agreement), Expat Management applies a 1.55 coefficient (approx.) on the net salary.

AMOUNT SETTLED TO THE AGENT x 1.55 = INVOICED AMOUNT

Such amount includes your gross salary brut, + medical cover (CFE health cover & a complementary ALLIANZ cover & sanitary repatriation) + retirement covers (CFE & CRE & IRCAFEX ) + unemployment GARP cover.
